Our Guardsman Rug Product Warranty gives you peace of mind and ensures that you can enjoy your new rug from the moment it arrives in your home. Safeguard your rug against accidental stains and accidental damage with our comprehensive 5 year Product Warranty. IMPORTANT: Please note that the Guardsman Product Warranty must be purchased at the same time as the rug you would like to protect. It will need to be on the same invoice and the kit applied to the product before use.

FAQs

What does the Warranty cover?

Our Rug Warranty provides cover for all fabric rugs up to the value on the invoice. Includes accidental stain removal from food & beverage stains or accidental human and pet bodily fluid stains.

What is not included in the Warranty?

Usage in commercial settings, pet damage and rips/cuts/tears/burns will not be covered. Rug replacement is not included.

What is required with the Warranty?

Guardsman Product Warranties provide you with protection for your rug purchase, should you follow the instructions for self application. You must also report your claim within 5 days of the stain occurring.
