"My office is where I spend most of my time when I’m not with my daughter, so I’ve always dreamed of giving it a make over but never found the time between traveling for work and being a mum. This is a natural extension of our home, which honours my Japanese heritage and how it’s innately influenced my design tastes—minimal, clean lines with a touch of warmth through texture, tone and shape. To me, everything’s about energy, so the end goal was just to have a space with an overall sense of calm and serenity. After seeing it come to life I can’t believe it’s taken me this long as it’s already created a fresh, energetic shift creatively that I’ve been craving. Welcome to my new office, our little sanctuary amongst the emails and digital chaos."
